WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If you need your order by a certain date we recommend sending us an email first to discuss what we can do.
Our business hours are M-F 10am-5pm CST. Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 days of the order being placed. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method.
Please note that item availability is updated several times a day, however, in the case that an item you ordered is no longer available before we update the website you will receive an email and a prompt refund, and our biggest apologies for any inconvenience we cause you.
You will get an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. Once a package leaves our facilities and is scanned as in transit or delivered we are no longer liable, and you will need to contact the carrier for updates. A safe package is a happy package :)
WHAT IS IN-STORE PICK UP? Curbside pick up available
We courtesy ship orders from our warehouse to our locations for free! When in-store pick up is selected as a shipping option, orders are held at the selected location and are ready for pick-up as soon as you receive a "shipping notification" email. If you have any questions regarding our turn around time please give us a call before ordering (218) 722-3200.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Yes, we certainly know what its like to want things quickly for a last minute birthday outfit or a vacation! We offer Proirity Shipping through our website! Proirity Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States. Please contact us if you would like an proirity shipping quote for Alaska or Hawaii. Please keep in mind that this applies during business hours only. Proirity shipping is not free regardless of order size.
Proirity SHIPPING GUIDELINES
All Proirity orders confirmed before 2pm CST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM CST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO'S?
Yes! We ship USPS to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (thank you for your service!) We are not able to offer expedited shipment though, so please keep that in mind!
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, ALASKA & HAWAII?
Of course! We certainly can't upset our far away friends! Unfortunately our standard shipping rates do not apply to Canada; shipping outside of the US is $20.00. Once your order ships you will receive tracking information. Shipping outside of the continental United States is not free regardless of order size.
CAN I USE MY APRICOT LANE GIFTCARD ONLINE?
Unfortunately at this time, we are not set up to accept giftcards purchased in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar stores. If you are needing a giftcard we do offer E-Gift cards online that will be emailed to you. Those giftcards are online specific, and can not be used in the Apricot Lane brick and mortar locations. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number. It is always suggested to make an account with us so you can easily log in and keep track of your purchases.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you put in the wrong address please call us immediately during business hours at (218) 722-3200. If it is outside of our business hours please email us at duluth@apricotlaneusa.com. We begin processing orders immediately so please know that we will do our best to update your info but if the item has already been packaged there is nothing we can do.
I RECEIVED MY PACKAGED DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Once a package leaves our facilities we are no longer responsible for it. If you receive a damaged package we urge you to contact the carrier as soon as possible. If you feel it necessary, please purchase the Shipping + Insurance option at checkout to insure your purchases. Insurance only covers items that are damaged during the shipping process, and does NOT cover previous purchases, clearance/final sale items, items that have been worn or have the tags removed. Please contact us within 48 hours of carrier's delivery time if you have purchased insurance and have received a damaged package that has resulted in a damaged item. Insured Shipping is not free regardless of size.

WE SURE HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR ORDER, BUT IF YOU AREN'T COMPLETELY SATISFIED WE CAN HELP!
Returns can be accepted from the Apricot Lane Duluth website only, and should be returned to the address listed on your invoice.
All clearance items, jewelry, seasonal, and intimate apparel items are as is and final sale. Please call us if you have questions about these items before purchasing as we cannot take them back once they are purchased.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the shipping date for a full refund.
Refunds must be made to the credit card used for the original order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags must be attached.
Original packing slip must accompany the return.
We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
All returns are processed via our website within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email once the return is processed. Refunds often take 5-7 business days beyond that to show up on your account (based on bank.)
If you'd like to exchange please make a note of it on your invoice. We will contact you if we need additional information.
Buyer pays return shipping as well as shipping of the exchange item.
Returns can be brought to the store address listed on your invoice. Stores are drop off sites, only, as a courtesy to our guests to save them the cost of shipping. Refunds will not be made in store, but via our website.
From time to time, a damage or flaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our garments. If you experience this, please take a photo of the damage/flaw and email us immediately at duluth@apricotlaneusa.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days. (Does not apply to clearance items. Please call us if you have questions about clearance items before purchasing as we cannot take them back once they are purchased.)

We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but just in case you change your mind, here are some simple rules about our returns:
Online Orders
- Any returns made can be returned up until 7 days after the purchase date for a refund. (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status)
- Due to limited items and sizing no exchanges can be made
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the item. Please note you may need to provide photo if item comes damaged.
- Shipping and handling fee's are non refundable
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please contact the store to initiate return. Sales associate will need to provide you a return authorization number via email to include in your return package.
- All clearance, intimate apparel, bodysuits, swim wear, pre-orders and accessories, jewelry are final sale.
- Please note: gift cards from our brick & mortar store do not work on the website and website gift cards do not work in our brick & mortar store!
